静脉曲张--临床表现
1.表层血管像蚯蚓一样曲张，明显凸出皮肤，曲张呈团状或结节状；
2.腿部有酸胀感，皮肤有色素沉着、脱屑、瘙痒，足踝水肿；
3.肢体有异样的感觉，针刺感、奇痒感、麻木感、灼热感；
4.表皮温度升高，有疼痛和压痛感；
5.局部坏疽和溃疡。
若为单纯性下肢浅静脉曲张，一般临床症状较轻，进展较慢，多表现为单纯曲张，少数情况可有血栓性静脉炎、静脉溃疡等情况；若为深静脉瓣膜功能不全，甚至深静脉回流受阻情况，则病情相对较重，小腿站立时有沉重感，易疲劳，甚至下肢的肿胀及胀破性疼痛，后期则发生皮肤营养性变化，脱屑、萎缩、色素沉着、湿疹溃疡的形成。
静脉曲张--护理和预防
1.经常锻炼，特别是要经常散步。这样可以锻炼褪的力量，增加腿部血液循环，强化腿部血管。
2.避免长时间站或坐。
3.如果你的腿部已经出现静脉曲张的情况，那么，如果你需要久站的时候，记得要穿弹性足够的袜子。唯有这类袜子对腿部的压力，才能帮助腿部的血液循环。注意选择袜子
4.不要穿那种会紧紧包裹腰部，腹股沟或者大腿的衣物。
5.站立的时候不时转变站立的重心。
6.休息的时候，把腿抬至高于心脏高度处。这样能帮助腿部血液流回心脏。
7.注意保持体重。不要为静脉增加额外的压力。
8.饮食要保持低盐。体内的盐太多会导致体内吸水，进而导致小腿肿胀，对血管造成压力。
9.坐的时候，不要盘腿而坐。
