7月10日，习近平主席在中阿合作论坛第八届部长级会议开幕式主旨发言中宣布第四届“阿拉伯艺术节”启动。记者从文化和旅游部外联局了解到，本届艺术节以“丝路相连，民心相通”为主题，从7月到10月，中阿文化部长论坛、意会中国10周年大展——阿拉伯知名艺术家访华采风作品展、中阿城市文化论坛、中阿青年汉学论坛、阿拉伯文艺精品展演等20余项文化交流活动将在中国举办。
